How does the App rating system work?
Betfair surveys 100 active customers of each Vendor application quarterly. To receive a rating in the App Directory, there must have been 5 customer ratings for that App.
Are these Vendors "certified"?
While Betfair makes no representation in respect of the software or services (including but not limited to any promotion offered by any Vendor) listed in the App Directory, each software application (at the time that it is listed in the App Directory) is technically compliant with Betfair’s Vendor guidelines.
Do I need to pay an API subscription fee to use one of the Vendor products?
No, you do not have to pay any subscription fees to Betfair to access a Vendor application. You will come to an agreement with the Vendor for the use of the application, and that Vendor will be responsible for all support. If you have any technical questions or issues, please report these to the Vendor.
How do I sign up for one of the Vendor products?
In order to use any of the products/services you see listed in the App Directory, you should contact the Vendor directly.
I can't see what I want, what are the other options?
Can't find what you're looking for in the Directory? Do you have unique development needs? Please contact one of our Bespoke software providers.
If I have a problem with the application, who do I contact?
Please contact the relevant Vendor for any questions or issues with a particular software application. Betfair does not provide technical support for Vendor applications. To make use of any Vendor applications, you must enter into an agreement with the appropriate Vendor, which is separate from your account with Betfair.
